Whether you are planning an annual awards dinner, a sales meeting, staff training, client hospitality or a Christmas party - whatever the occasion, capturing people and moments is important. We’ll meet before your event to discuss exactly the type of photos you need for social media, press releases or the annual report.

Equally important is a rapid turn around time for your photos. You’ll have some special highlight images the morning after your event for immediate sharing. The remaining images will be edited and looking fantastic within 72 hours.

Sarah Cato Charity Dinner

Our all-inclusive event photography rate of $255 per hour is based on the time at the actual event, but includes all of the following:

  • A pre-event in-person briefing

  • Professional event photography

  • 72 hour turnaround

  • Post-event image processing

  • Private online gallery

  • High resolution digital images (approx 50 final images per hour of shooting time)

  • Full commercial rights for all images

  • A selection of ‘hero images’ available the following morning for social media or press release
